On-Line Credit
To pay by credit card, simply select your credit card of choice during the check out process. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

Free Shipping Terms:
Discount Office Supply will pay the shipping charges within the contiguous U.S. for all orders totaling $750.00 or more before sales tax and freight charges. "Free Shipping" does not include special service charges such as Overnight Delivery, Residential, C.O.D. fees and Inside Delivery. An order is a single item or multiple items being shipped to the same address.

Shipping Methods:
We ship using the most effective means. Your order will more than likely be shipped via common carrier freight lines or UPS.

Inside Delivery:
Normal delivery is "tailgate" delivery. This means that the carrier is required to deliver the product to the talilgate of the truck. You are responsible for offloading of the truck. Inside delivery is available for an additional charge. Ask for details when you place your order.

Our "No Hassle" Return Policy:
Your complete satisfaction is our number one priority. We are extremely confident that you will be completely satisified with our products. However, if you are not satisified with a product for any reason, please email us within 30 days from receipt of your order to request a Return Goods Authorization number. We will help you make arrangements to have the product returned and provide a replacement, credit or refund. Special order items cannot be returned.

Damaged Items:
We can not be responsible for items damaged or lost in shipment when they are shipped by UPS or common carrier freight lines. Please inspect all merchandise upon delivery and note damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before signing. Any damage or shortage not reported at the time of deliver is the customer's responsibility. Open all cartons immediately whenever possible. If there is concealed damage, retain the carton and notify a Discount Office Supply representative to request an inspection, initiate a freight claim and obtain replacement parts if necessary.
